She was valedictorian at Bishop Gibson High School and graduated with an Honours degree from the University of the West Indies. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Doctorate in Business Administration (Distinction) from Nova Southeastern University, Florida. She was also the valedictorian of her DBA Class.
