Registered Nurse CVICU Full Time Nights – Florida

Responsibilities

The RN / Registered Nurse CVICU provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing are to all patients. The RN / Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The RN / Registered Nurse directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, Infection Control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided.

Qualifications – External

Education

• Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree)

Certifications

• Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree)
• BLS Certification
• If applicable: ACLS, Basic EKG

Experience

• Required: Prior clinical experience in area of expertise preferred for RN / Registered Nurse

Other Qualifications

• CCRN preferred for
• TNCC preferred
• PALS preferred
